Getting those wall balls on target!
Athletes John and Haley ensuring they come to a full extension to make sure the ball makes it on target. Males must hit 10 feet (white strip) and females 9 feet (just below the strip).
These athletes made this workout look easy, but don't be fooled. The movements prescribed were just enough to get the heart pumping. An excellent way to sweat out the work day and relieve some stress.
