WELCOME

We welcome new and experienced CrossFit athletes to visit us and see if this is the place for you. Call us at 386-209-8394, email us, or fill out our contact form to schedule an introduction to CrossFit. You'll get a taste of our classes, our community and our facilities. We even offer a free class to try it out!!

EXPERIENCED? If you've got CrossFit experience and are considering joining Dirty Gringos CrossFit, we'd love to have you try out one of our regular classes. Just call, email, or fill out the contact form. Tell us about your CrossFit experience and when you'd like to drop in. We'll send you the link to reserve your class and we'll be ready for you!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • It’s not going to be super intense but you will work hard.

  • Choose Your Trainer. Jose or Maggie

  • The gym is called a “Box”.

  • There is this thing called “WOD”.

  • Be prepared to get a little competitive. We all do.

  • Wear comfy clothes and bring water.

  • Anyone can do it including you.

  • Please make sure you give yourself ample time to eat prior to showing up.

Today I will do what others won’t, so tomorrow I can accomplish what others can’t.
