I remember being really excited when Country Strong announced that they were incorporating a CrossFit box. My excitement stemmed from the High Intensity, Community Oriented Electric atmosphere i'd heard was associated with the workouts. I'll admit that i was no stranger to High Intensity workouts or strength training thanks to my trainer, Beth Harris, whose challenging workouts already included CrossFit like moves in them. This, in addition to a healthy diet, has contributed to the results and overall enjoyment i've experienced in CrossFit so far. Scott pushes "the box" to do their personal best in each and every one of his kick-butt workouts. I also enjoy the team-oriented atmosphere where everyone cheers each other on and works together during these workouts. My favorite WOD so far would be the 300. It's also been one of the most challenging workouts so far. Top Crossfit Tip: Push yourself, focus, and keep a consistent pace.
